Nice Video...food looks delicious. I usually add salt to shrimp after its cooked cuz the salt takes the water out the shrimp. And cook it over very high heat. But if your like the shrimp juice.....its up to you

Fish eggs looks good you need some Tartar sauce mustard pepper sauce and ketchup mixed for the fish. Will add a sweet tangy taste to the fresh fish.

I put sugar (just a lil bit) in my corn too.. I add pimento and hot pepper too. I steam mine though ... I don’t add a lot of water. I’ve never had fish eggs before... never even seen it before lol 😂
