A Christmas Feast With Leah

This Christmas we had a feast at our home. We made turkey, ham, fried fish, yellow rice, pastelle corn pie, peas, mac n cheese and salad.

Don't they realize that every bit of publicity is good for Trinidad tourism since you all are back to some semblance of normalcy? SMH. They had a lot of business people involved wearing company logos. Their loss, Vedesh. I watch you all because Trini life with Vedesh is more entertaining. Season's greetings Vedesh. Leah: you did very well with Christmas dinner. Turkey and ham cooked very nicely but I have one tip: next time foil the turkey so that the meat will steam-cook and stay moist, it will cook faster, then remove the foil about a half an hour before it's done to brown. Always make the stuffing on the side. Good to see everyone enjoyed the food. Nice to see Kavita - it's been a long time. So here's to wishing everyone a New Year filled with God's blessings and a year of bigger and brighter days ahead and most of all PEACE.🙏😇🕊️🍾🎉🥳💓🇹🇹🇨🇦 BTW, too bad that Andy wasn't allowed to eat the ham, especially at Christmas when everyone is enjoying a holiday season tradition. Things expensive now fuh real but I'm glad u don't bash the retailers..bc so much ppl doing that now in Trinidad but the thing is all over the world is rn. Some places is worst than here we still hv it good. I find trini's not patriotic at all but they will live outside and never bad talk or complain about conditions there. Lauren Briggs: I noticed that too. What she did was wrong. She just got introduced to the family a few months ago and she is dictating what Andy should and shouldn't eat. SMH. I felt so bad for him because he really wanted to eat the ham. Why is she trying to change him? I even felt bad for Vedesh and the family because she, in an indirect way, tried to impose her beliefs on them too. It showed that she has a controlling attitude. Too bad that she showed her true colors for Christmas.🇹🇹🇨🇦
