Now some folks will understand what is meant by "The Family Farm" - Over 400 square bales in one day and it was the effort of the whole family that got it done. The family that works together, stays together. You and your family are truly blessed. Justine has come a long way. Keep up the good work Justin - you will reap the benefits as you get older. You'll see!!

Flat wagon loading, I have many memory hours of baling hay like that back on the farm, same stacking pattern you have then one rope over the top to cinch it all down and pull home. Basket wagons look like a great idea, better than kickers mangling bale shapes. We put hay in the barn stacked on edge which kept their shape better and a better floor to walk on since we didn't have that clever in-barn elevator, all walking from where the outside elevator put them. Fuel efficient older equipment is a huge plus. Our small utility fuel sipper was a '55 Ferguson TO35, and it was the hardest working tractor on the farm.

Loved the sound of the tractor and baler, very soothing and comforting. Justin seems to have developed good precision of eye for working in the field. And a good way to develop muscles. Congratulations to mom for working with the new mom and calf. I am learning patience because I had to send my newer computer in for repair and am now on the old one whose space key works intermittently and sometimes garbles the videos. But enjoyed watching and listening today. Thanks and thank God for his blessings.

When I was your boys age, I always had the bale hook and pulled the bale on to the wagon. My older brother, had the misfortune of always getting put in the hot, dusty hay loft. Which, of course, was fine by me. LOL ( I should add, it was my older cousins who stacked the bales on the wagon. )

Many hands make lighter work handling small squares during hay season. Gives you an appreciation for round bales where one or two people can handle a considerable quantity of hay. Worked in your favor that Jen and the others were able to keep chores moving during hay baling. The Lord has blessed you folks with a wonderful family.

Paul is a big dude, but on that flat rack he looks like a giant. Bales are like little paperweights in his hands. Justin did a fine job pulling them in. Young Josh made me smile, being the youngest of 3 boys I spent a lot of time sitting in that same spot on the corner of the wagon. Until there was a good amount then I'd get to crawl on top and hold on for dear life

Awesome video as always, them little tractors are nice to have around just to think some European farmers only had one of those JD's to do all there farm work back in the day. The best feeling is when after the hay harvest the rain comes and one can say thank good this year we'll have enough feed and then some. I know of a dual action sickle bar for front attachment made by a swiss company that has a conditioner as an option for em, I think I sent a pic or two of it to Jen on FB maybe she showed it to ya but I am not sure if they would export them over here I could ask one day about that. Disc mowers do have a few disadvantages one of em is if there are bear cans or pop cans thrown into ditches and they end up in hay fields because they will shred them up and end up in the feed saw a few pics what will happen if cattle get that in side of them. They face that problem in the old country.
