TRIP REPORT | 2021 Will Be Like This! ツ | Wizzair A321 | Warsaw to Vienna

Wizzair Trip Report from Warsaw to Vienna onboard one of the Wizzair's Airbus A321 CEO on a nice and sunny day in Warsaw and cold and foggy in Vienna.
This flight was recorded just before all these worldwide crazy times started, just before the COVID pandemic outbreak. And I wish we'll see this again in 2021!
A comfortable flight with Wizzair from Poland to Austrian, from Warsaw to Vienna, on a very different winter day in both cities. We managed to make some planespotting in Warsaw before the flight and see lots of planes in Vienna during taxi, including the TAP A330, Emirates B777, Qatar B787 or Turkish Airlines A321 NEO.

It’s hard to believe the sight of a busy airport terminal and aircraft full with passengers not having to wear masks is unreal now. How things have changed in a year. I remember my last flight before Covid was SXF-DUB, and seeing a couple of people in the security queue wearing masks. I thought they were mad. Little did I know it was would be mandatory now on flights a few months later. ✈️

I'm quite convinced that by summer 2021 almost all travel restrictions will be lifted in Europe and to go outside just by showing a PCR or a vaccine certification there won't be more travel restrictions. Let's stay positive! :))

One thing I noticed at Vienna when you left the aircraft, the airbridge was connected at the front of the plane but passengers at the back got off down the steps at the back. I have not seen this before at any airport ??

Hey Brum! I didn't see this comment before... It's something that airports that don't have lots of stands without jetways are starting to use: half of the pax disembark though the jetway on the front door and the others through the rear door by stairs. Then they walk through the apron towards the jetway that has stairs to get to the terminal. It's a way to embark/disembrk faster. I disembarked that way once, but didn't upload the video haha

Hehe Yep! Another one! And a quite special one hehe For now, I'm not planning anything outside Europe, as travel restrictions are worse outside Schengen+UK. I will give them a try in 2021! That's for sure! :)
