Momo's Diary I flew on their 777 to JFK airport the food was good love this airline first time flying with them

msi they didn’t retire the 747 or a380 they kept them bc they have long routes so they need em to stay so they c@n be in longer service

Bakari Murrane what he means is that British Airways was once a classy airline but it went so long not upgrading seats, that it became a rather poor airline in terms of hard product *cough cough Business Class*, but I ain’t gonna lie, they’re making improvements, expect to see a newer product within the next 5 years. Also by the time the seats are fully refurbished, the 747s will be gone.

Was sind das für klappen bei 8:34 ? Bin gestern ebendfalls nach FCO geflogen allerdings von DUS mit EW und diese Dinger waren auch Ewigkeiten offen, außerdem hat der Pilot die Flaps erst bis Stufe 2 und dann direkt komplett genutzt warum?

Das sind die sog. Speed Brakes. Die werden eingesetzt um den Anstellwinkel und die Geschwindigkeit des Flugzeugs im Anflug zu kontrollieren.

I flew Alitalia from Rome to Mexico City, it was a Boeing 777 very old, im 1.70 (5.5 ft) and my knees were touching the front seat, there was a box at the bottom of the front chair so my feet were unable to rest, The table was so small that it had to be folded, and the worst part was that the flight lasted 14 hours! On my flight from Mexico to Rome was a renewed cabin, very nice and comfortable. I LOVED and HATED Alitalia at the same time.

Compare prices on websites like kayak or skyscanner and don't travel during holiday seasons (July/August or Christmas).

Legroom is definitely not good, but, to give a quick example, British Airways and Iberia have the same legroom and don't serve any snack on European flight, neither have wi-fi. It is actually not common to find airlines offering Wi-fi on EU flights. This is still a good product in my opinion.

SaltyLuca. Actually, that’s a big upgrade, the Emirates A380 is a huge upgrade over the 777 due to it having a wider cabin and recline’s better on a380s

I notice that the middle eastern airlines are usually good options for av-geeks on budgets due to them having 2-3 classes on planes and most planes offer nice engine views even in Economy
