Ano, jsou starší, ale velmi pohodlné, stačilo by jen dodat nějakou výbavu. Stejnou trasu jsem jel i EC v ARmpee829 (ten jídelák s první třídou) a musím říct, že tyto Bmpz mají mnohem lepší jízdní vlastnosti a komfortnější podvozky.

@@PeteBrandy ARmpee mají podvozky Görlitz Vk, což jsou v podstatě Görlitz V s kotoučovou brzdou a nějakými menšími úpravami, takže by jízdními vlastnostmi měly zhruba odpovídat ostatním vozům z Bautzenu.

Thanks for watching! Every train is sometimes empty, especially in Saturday morning. On the Czech side this train is serving tourist area around Lipno reservoir, which is very busy between spring and autumn. And also, I'm searching empty connections for my trip reports, because there is better to show everything than the train is full..

Great train ride from ceske budejovice to linz. I guess since your country is pretty much in the centre of Europe you can get to many other countries in the space of a few hours and only by train 😊

Skvělé video je to linka kterou se párkrát v roce projedu a mám ji rád. Mám návrh na cestu z Paříže do Bourg Saint Maurice, je to linka TGV v krásných Alpách a v Bourgu pak můžeš nastoupit na kolejovou lanovku která té vezme do Les Arcs (lyžařské středisko) kde jsou krásné výhledy je tam vidět i Mont Blanc.

Hi Pete, where is everyone, my wife is very wary about travelling at the moment because of the pandemic but I was just saying to her that I’m watching a post and the stations look deserted, yes it’s winter and not as many tourists so I’ll have to get the passports out and coax her to start travelling again seeing as there’s no problem getting about in peace and quiet

Hi John! Many depends on the day and the time of the trip, and also on coach you sit in (my coach was in the front and almost out of the platform at many stations, coaches in the middle are usually more busy). I traveled on a Saturday morning when not many people travel. This train is usually busy mainly in the summer season. Also, almost no one take this train across the border, because the EuroCity train, which is faster, also runs here (I also have a video of it). Btw. on the way back, the train was quite busy on the Austrian side.

How would I know how to avoid the 25 stop train vs 1 with fewer stops? That letter E? And does that work across Europe?

You can find it by train category (by letters before the train number), EC (EuroCity) and IC (InterCity) are the highest categories with the least number of stops. Most stops have "Os" (in Austria "R") categories, which is a local or regional train. Also Sp / RE trains are mostly regional trains with multiple stops (usually less than local). But there are also a lot of differences, for example in the Czech Republic the designation "R" means "Rychlík", which is Fast train, but in Austria R = "Regionalzug" (Local train). It is best to look at the timetable (travel time and number of stops).
