La T4 de Madrid está muy bien, mucho mejor que muchos aeropuertos internacionales... pero la verdad es que me quedaría con el aerop. de Doha primero. :)

I've flown with Qatar last week and I can say that the 787 economy class seat is a little nightmare for the passenger while the 777-300ER was not so bad. But Qatar rocks! Good meal, good service, good trip !

Doha y Qatar parecen otro mundo. Realmente entre Europa-África-Asía se han hecho el centro para la aviación. Que impresionante el B787, lástima al abordar no haber podido ver los motores, y que cómoda la configuración 3-3-3. Good to see the airports filling again and planes in the sky. At last we seem to be heading for some kind of normality. I watched eight aircraft follow each other in to Gatwick and two 380s departing Heathrow yesterday something I have missed in the last couple of years. My first ever 787 flight was on a Qatar flight to South-Africa, and I found the legroom to be shockingly narrow. On the way back I flew the 777-300 on Qatar and legroom was much better!

Totally agree, on 777-300ER the legroom is 79cm, on 787-8 it is 76cm. Maybe they have the space between the seats (because they changed the IFE on the 787-8 apparently).

I flew once with QR from Milan to Melbourne stopping in the old airport which is quite different from the actual. Milan-Doha with an A333, Doha-Melbourne with a B772. I bet the dreamliner is better.

Beautiful trip once again, i am happy you are making reports about long haul flights. Apart from the immense beauty of Doha airport, i must say that Qatar Airways inflight service is always TOP service! I experienced it in various flights with the B787, A350 and B777W and It never disappointed me. Lovely B787 configuration, beautiful airplane. Una maravilla de report Lucas, muy currado, es genial. Respecto a Qatar, vaya pasada de servicio a bordo, me encantaría poder probar algo así algún día, dista mucho del servicio Iberia en largo radio o de otras compañías similares. @@OnBoardHD It is indeed, I've never fully realized why it's called the Dreamliner until I boarded one. The windows are so big and dim instead of having shades. When they do, each window looks like a TV showing footage of what's outside, it looks more like looking at a pixelated screen than it looks like looking through a real window. It gives the sense of privacy plus the larger windows and wide cabin make for less claustrophobia. It truly is exotic, not to mention the cabin lighting that can change color to give a "dreamy" feel to put the "Dream" into "Dreamliner!"

Lovely views en route (Doha looks stunning fron the air). What was the reason for the rout across Turkey and Italy instead of heading for Isreal and the Mediteranian sea? Was it favourable winds or is it politics? It would have saved some 300 kms. I still think Madrid Airport looks better than Doha Airport. Thumbs up for the service as well. Was this a standart ticket or premium service?

he oido muchas veces que tanto Emirates como Qatar ofrecen servicio de snacks y bebidas ilimitados. (algo que solo he visto y probado en Swiss) en Swiss fuera de las horas en que pasan para todos si ibas a la cola del avion podias pedir lo que quisieras de bebidas y habian cestas con snacks. Has visto esto en Emirates o Qatar? pregunto por pura curiosidad. Saludos!

Pues la verdad es que no he ido a la cola del avión. Lo que sí es cierto es que cada vez que pedía cualquier cosa la tenía a los pocos minutos... Por lo que supongo que la respuesta a tu pregunta es sí :)
