Great video. Did you have to pay for the checked baggage. Were they strict with the weight. How was the seat comfort and customer service

Thanks for the feedback. I personally did not have any checkin baggage because it was a short trip. But from my Economy Class ticket, it said that 1 checkin bag was free with a maximum weight of 23 kilograms and total dimension of 158cm. The flight was full and they were checking the weight strictly. Especially they were checking the carry on bag size and weight and if it was excessive then they would check in the carryon for free. The seat was generally comfortable although if you sit closer to the tail of the plane, then the window seat legroom can be a bit smaller than the aisle seat. Customer service was OK, some of them were friendly but otherwise just courteous and neutral.

What date did you film, do you remember how much you pay to fly Lufthansa, does it include 1 check in luggage, is it little strict, what's the limit, does it include seat selection and how's passport control for entering and visiting Frankfurt?

@kevin19358 this was in November 2023. I didn’t have any checkin bag because it was a very short trip. I had only one carry on backpack. So i don’t know if they were strict with checkin bags. However since it was a full flight they were strict with carryon weight and were forcing people to checkin the excessive weight carryon baggage for roller bags. My connection in Frankfurt was 2 hrs and I didn’t need to go through passport control since my final destination was in India.
