Wowzy! That was a super long day! But we did it, and we are moving on! How was YOUR day? Let me know if you’re in a rainy area- it’s super rainy here, so we are thankful for a dry, warm home! Sending you guys a high five, whatever you’re up to today!

The Frey Life I’m over in western mass and it’s super rainy where I am too. I’m thankful my area isn’t getting all the snow the Berkshires are getting! They had 6 inches at 8 a.m. already. I’m also thankful for my dry cozy home, and my warm jammies. Stay dry! 😊

I'm in a rainy area! I'm in a tiny little peninsula in Massachusetts, and it is CRAZY here! Both entrances to my town are closed, and when there are severe wind storms like this, the flooding can be so bad near the ocean that streets end up turning into waterways/small rivers! Sometimes, waves get so high, they end up going over telephone poles!

The Frey Life SUPER sunny and very warm here in Wiggins Mississippi. But it's a beautiful day! Your channel is my go to for when I have to rest due to my annoying and inconvenient diseases. Too many body issues to mention. But I play it off pretty good when I'm out and about. Only my husband knows... and he doesn't even know some of the details/symptoms of some of my diseases. He is a towboat captain and gone for 28 days at a time. So I'm pretty much on my own. But I've learned to deal and I have learned to listen to my body. Out of 6 siblings, 3 of us have autoimmune diseass. Unfortunately, one of my sisters passed away 2 years ago at the age of 51. She had broncilitis obliteration and another disease. She did get a diagnosis at the Mayo Clinic and then lived as projected...5 years. We miss her.

Hospital headaches are the absolute worst. Most hospital days I get home and go lay down with a migraine and then end up throwing up before my migraine will even think about subsiding. I totally understand the “Wong Wong Wong” feeling when you cough or hear something loud or even have to be in a bright room. It’s awful. Silent darkness is the only answer.

My cousin Katie has CF & also goes to Children's Hospital (she's 34). Children's has changed their policy several times over the last few years. They forced her to go to another hospital, which she hated. There was a huge issue with the insurance too. After fighting tooth & nail & being her own advocate, Children's has taken her back. Phew! Thanks for the videos. Keep up the good work. Let's all continue to raise CF awareness.

Seeing how Ollie braces and helps with walking, I see this would be a great addition to my life. Additionally, I will train her to fetch the phone if I fall. I have heard the perspective of being a responsible service dog handler. Thanks for those tips. I will carry the cards that help explain the laws with the references to the DOJ. Thank you so much for all your encouragement. Chronic Illness is real and we need to have a very healthy proactive approach to our health. May you endeavors be blessed 🙏🏼, Robin

I love to watch your videos while I lift weights. It helps me stay strong enough to lift my 11 year old special needs girl when she has a seizure and needs to be carried to the floor in a spasm safely. my arms are sore now but a good sore. I am sorry about your head. Head aches are the worst! my friend just got the special ear piercing with a holo needle not a gun, at a tattoo parlor to stop migraines permanently and it worked for her! it is a huge hit in our town. hope your head is better by now though

Cathy Kauffman I feel you. My daughter has special needs and I'm feeling the need to start lifting so I can continue to care for her. She will be 4 next month.

my daughter is genetically pretty small for her age. Not dwarfism but smaller and she is going to be 12 this summer and 67 lbs right now. I have not had to lift her as much except to get in the bath or out of the car if needed BUT there are those moments and I need to be strong. I just bought some small weights and started with 3lbs and right now I can lift a 10lb in each arm and do many moves slowly for about 15 min and I can see muscles getting cut on my arms! I don't look like a body builder by any means but for my thinner frame it is something. I can tell when vacuuming and carrying it up and down the stairs I am using more of my arm muscle and not leaning things on my side or stomach to help me carry and of course the ultimate goal is to lift my child any time she needs it. our child has a genetic deletion and autism with a swallowing and toilet severe delay, and epilespy. She walks, talks, and eats by mouth and is super duper smart. she was reading at age 3 and we are so proud of her! If you want to lift just go for it! make sure you are slow and gentle and use SMALL weights and do NOT swing them. we want to lift with our muscles and not get hurt. it does not matter how big the weight. it matters that we are safe, doing as many reps safely as we can and fueling appropriately meaning hydrate, and we need good carbs for fuel and extra protein for muscle growth. also if you skip a day or 2 it does seem like we lose it. I have found I have to do my lifting every single day to stay strong but if life happens I may miss one or 2 days a week and we can fret over things we can't control. I like the weights that are bumpy rubber so when my hands sweat i don't drop them.

Glad you were feeling a little better by the end of the night Mary. I wanted to share with you guys how you helped me today. My latest ultrasound showed signs of liver damage and that my spleen is enlarged. I don't have CF but I am battling other chronic illnesses and this news was unexpected as the ultrasound was actually to check on my stomach. :s Anyway, while I am waiting with a lot of nervousness as to what this might mean for me (more imaging/test to come).... I was able to take solace in the fact that I 'know' someone else who has those two issues and that she is so awesome and joyful. I know that I will be alright too, and I will keep doing what I think I can't do. Thank you both for always giving us hope and companionship through these vlogs. I hope you know how much you mean to all of us out here in internet land.
