cracking episode as usual, most great pies have shortcrust on the bottom n Puff on the top "Go the Puff". Pro tip, make a strip of several layers of foil about a third of the width of the tray to run underneath the pie tray and up to the top of the oven to make removal easy. Love the chats with Jack

Too many comments to know if I'm repeating but, try short cust on the bottom and puff on the top but you must bake the bottom before you add the filling, makes all the difference. Some egg or milk wash on the top is also great. Love watching you guys, cheers Rob
