Keep in mind there are different versions of these songs on youtube. When you said that Super Gore Nest was repetitive, you were right because half of the riffs were just not present in the version you were listening to.

as a mick gordon worshipper i'm obligated to comment that the "guitar" in Cultist Base is a chainsaw, and that high pitched synth towards the end of The Only Thing They Fear is You is a lawnmower of all things lmao also would recommend checking out Alex Terrible's vocal covers of BFG Divison and The Only Thing They Fear is You, they're pretty cool

Keep in mind, that these songs are mixed and looped on the flay in game, depending on situation whats going on. When you listen them as songs they are put together from these parts. Some mixes is worse than others on youtube.

@@DaddyGoose_CB the super gore nest has about three riffs and most of other stems are just mid-level interludes. as OP said, the game engine dynamically stitches stems together to reflect situation on your screen. TOTTFIY and cultist base are more, so to say, consistent in pace in terms of standalone listening, where SGN is only about these three riffs and wind-ups before them.

Do yourself a favour and listen to custom mixes when it comes to the DOOM Eternal soundtrack. Most of the songs (with the exception of a handful) were mixed by someone who knows nothing about music.
