Micromoog Mayhem concludes as we repair and service the other two. Unit #2 has a number of issues including a messed up oscillator, major distortion after warming up, and like the one in our last video, Modulation occuring even with the mod wheel down.

This brings back memories. I had a multimoog for awhile, one of the wackiest synths I’ve owned but true to Moog, it was still a very musical synth! My j-wires also needed cleaning

I've had two multimoogs, both had the cutouts underneath the key contacts. Not surprisingly, only one still had the corresponding plastic covers.

Hi Synthchaser and greatings from The Netherlands. Back in the nineties I did quite some repairs and calibrations of these kinds of analog monosynths and quickly learned that many problems came from the 1458 Op Amps (so, a 'high failier rate' , learned this term from your awesome videos :-) Very happy you are making videos again!! Hey hi how can i synq the lfo of my micromoog with my keystep ? Or other clock ? I already have a trigger to v trigger cable and now i can use the sequencer of the keystep but the lfo dont synq there
