Hello Katie, thank you for your video. I have a question. I bought a machine and received it yesterday. I tried it out on my customer today but the tripollar burnt my customers face! It got very hot, so I tried it on my hand and it was very hot without the orange light going on. Shall I send it back ? …is it normal ? thank you for the quick reply. Greetings from Germany, Carrie

Hi there, Hi Carrie, Please note that we are in Canada, please contact your local rep and trainer, no doubt that they can provide with better training close to home, Just a word of caution: I suggest checking the machine VERY carefully, unfortunately, there are knock-off machines on the market that are far from being OxyGeneo 3-in-1 super facial, what you are describing is very untypical to the genuine real machine by Pollogen Israel. I want to be very careful with setting expectations as there is a limit as to how much we can remove acne scars.
