That particular aircraft (OO-SFM) is one of the first A330s manufactured (1993), having been delivered to Air Inter back in 1994. It is really nice to see that SN keeps it in tip top shape, with an updated cabin. Chapeau!

Nice flight report! I once flew long haul with them to Mumbai from Brussels. I took Priviledge economy class. They were fab. Offered me a glass of Sparkling wine as welcome drink. a small box of Belgian chocolates..nice food, plenty of leg space. Flew short haul flights with them more than few times. Never a problem.

It's the standard a330/340 configuration. 3-3-3- is the high density.

Nice flight report. I have flown Brussels airlines short trips in Europe. All pleasant flights. But once I flew with them Brussels to Mumbai, with A330, 2-4-2 configuration. The flight took off excatly in time. You could pay a little extra and take Economy previledge with little more extra leg room, more incline, a welcome drink ( it was a sparkling wine), and a box of Belgian chocolates. Food as same as economy, but was great! Crew were friendly, helpful. Return flight same as well.

Given Angkouw they live in Austria. They can’t exactly just fly to Indonesia whenever they want. Also, they try to review new airlines and probably won’t go back to older ones except if it’s very good/they have a monopoly on the route.
