A major advantage of the A220 (like the A320neo) are the super-quiet jet engines. With much lower noise levels, the A220 can operate more often out of noise-restricted airports.

Intreething fact: all the small family of airbus(a320neo and the 220s) are powered by the American engines P&W and the international engines were Genral electric and is include there( The international one is also the most common on the 380 do that is very quiet)

It's the second tip report I'm watching about the A220-100 and its "First Class". For me it's more a "Business Class" seating and not too much of a "First". Maybe it's because I'm used to Transcontinental First Class and not Domestic flights. I just had a look at domestic flights on Swiss (Europe) and there's no "First Class" but "Business Class" for 3 times the price of a "Economy" (coach) seat. Anyways, great video, thanks for your time and sharing your experience with us!

It looks to have slightly narrower seating than the first class on a B737 or A320. You get 2 individual armrests per seat, so I like that.

...looking to fly on one next summer (on Delta) non stop between SEA and MKE (Comfort class) . I keep hearing lots of good things about the 220 and even though slightly smaller than a 737 it is more comfortable and quieter. Love those big windows as well. I live in Portland but it's only a 3 hour train trip to south Seattle (there is a station by SeaTac with a shuttle) and even with the rail fare (I get a senior rate) it's cheaper than flying straight out of Portland and having to connect somewhere (one trip had me going all the way to Atlanta then up to Milwaukee) given how fares today are based on market popularity rather than miles flown. it's actually about 30 - 35$ cheaper to fly out of Seattle to LA than from Portland even though we are about 150 miles closer. I still miss Northwest. Often got a straight through flight with just as stop in MSP and no change of plane (and usually a 757).
