@@caninon7570 sorry if my comment was confusing but I just meant KLM as in KLM equipping the seats on their aircrafts, not that KLM was manufacturing it and I am aware that the airline itself may not be taking part in the designing process (because from what I’ve seen, airline employees choose the seat designs from a selection. Not that the airline requests the designs, although there are some exceptions.) I wasn’t talking anything about the manufacturer but I think they did a very good job designing the great seats :) Edit: I also just found out that a company named ‘Recaro Aircraft seats’ is responsible for the design and production of the seats (seat model SL3710)

@@avanzjp6831 Oh Sorry if I misunderstood, yes airlines choose the distribution of seats in fact, well in the case of Embraer aircraft, the rows can only have two seats instead of three as is common in other aircraft, this is a project of Embraer itself so that the seats have more space and comfort for the passenger.

Loving the graphics at the beginning and the longer music, you guys hit the mark every time. Done this flight many times myself in the last few years, love KLM. Like the new seats and table set up, the USB charging points are a great addition, phenomenal power in these bigger engines. Fingers crossed I will fly KLM Inverness to Osaka this October :) Simply Aviation, the best Tripreport channel on KZbin.

I've become a bit obsessed with KLM after having four very nice economy flights with them last year just before Covid became very serious. 737 700s and 800s. Very professional and friendly staff, good clean, basic product. Reasonable prices also. Plus as a big person I was very pleased I fit in the economy seat comfortably and didn't need a seatbelt extension. The seat was a little snug but fine.

I came home from Tanzania last Saturday, 19.3.2021, and my last leg from Amsterdam to Berlin with KLM was on the new Embraer. Great plane. Very comfortable with a lot of legroom. I enjoyed this short flight very much. I was actually on this flight. Just recognized my seat neighbor!! Thank you KLM

I don’t think that any US airlines want the E195-E2 or the E190-E2. Delta and JetBlue have chosen the A220. Breeze air will fly the normal E190 but they want the a220. American retired their E190 planes. And United would probably chose the A220 instead as the A220 better suits United’s needs. The E175-E2 and E170-E2 could be seen with regional operators for the US carriers.

6:36 those PW1900G engines of the E2 are 5 inches smaller than the LEAP engines of that @321NEO of Turkish Airlines. That's means that the ratio of how big they are would be higher at the E2 than the NEO/MAX planes. Those engines are due this extra big engines 30/31% more fuel efficient and has 60% less sound than the E190-E1. KLM has 132 Seats on this plane. Those seats are 33 inch pitch at the BC and at the EC the seats has 30 inch pitch. The sound at 6:59 came from the VSV (Variable Stator Vanes) due the low thrust (Below 80%) perform engines not as good, so those VSV's would be adjust by the Fuel management computer to get the best performance below the 80 thrust. Edit: KLM will instal wifi later on due the Covid19 pandemic. Otherwise it was it al ready done or would be installed by now. Great video

I personally liked the first generation embraers instead of the new E2s. On my recent trip to ams and back, the older generation had much more comfy seats, aswell as a way better air vent above. The E2 also had a weird cracking noises when driving over any bumps. It sounded like people clapping.

It's basically the same engines, but with a little detail that it uses a little less fuel and is more efficient than the ones of the 220. And we the wins and all that that the Embraer have, its more efficient and cost less to maintain than the 220.

As I watch videos on this channel, I start to realize how less frequent flights are nowadays and the very empty check-in desks and departure lounges are during the COVID-19 pandemic. I never even knew KLM were getting the E2 when I saw this video it absolutely shocked me and from what I noticed before the pandemic the e190 E2 was a very un-popular plane but during the pandemic some airlines have taken to phase out the E190 for the E190 E2
