What's the difference between Marina Tower and Ocean Suites at Renaissance Aruba?

So is the beach in front of the Ocean Side (family side) any good? Or is it just waterfront?

Marina tower is away from the beach. French balconies which I don't like. Amazing resort. The ocean suites are the best and their private island is the place to be for snorkeling
