I think what he is guilty of is not giving a shit about the SA that took place. He didn’t think that he didn’t anything wrong because he didn’t physically buy the alcohol. @@vanessalikesapples This is such a long time ago I can barely remember any of this but he came out later to say that he became very agitated and had rational and harsh decisions that he made due the brain damage. He said he easily got confused and muddled things up and in this interview it was so evident that he had made many mistakes. He came out and apologised for his behaviour and didn’t use it as an excuse, which I believe had he not had the accident at that time he would have went about it in a totally different way and had stated that he just wanted to get his name out of it, which I think is also kinda fair asides from the obvious. His eye was probably the reason he couldnt read the article. Did yall peep when he said "wow I thought the blurriness was my eyes" after Ethan said we are blurring the girls.. The amount of times he must've wanted to say what was going on with him. Ethan kept badgering and I could just see jeff trying so hard to hold back but do the right thing, but ethan repeatedly said "you didnt read the article? Why?" To the point all jeff could say was "Ethan" in a humanizing pleading way. The way he is stepping up for something he shouldn't be at the front line of, after almost dying, brain damage, having his eyed sewed shut, metal plates I'm his head and being repeatedly asked "why didnt you read the full article" and not being able to say why... heartbreaking.

However Jeff got flung in a wrong way and his head smashed into an excavator before being flung into water, Scott and Todd had to go fish him out and it was super bad, he lost a lot of blood and a couple had to rush him to the ER in their car. His skull had to be put back together with and apparently it was so bad his eye popped out of his socket. According to Reddit there was a leaked video uploaded of this however was removed for graphic content after people complained it was traumatising

No Jeff, the fact that you and other adults in the apartment didn't stop the whole situation at any point, means you are just as guilty. Something that really bothers me is how soft spoken and gentle he is when speaking to them vs how passive aggressive/straight up aggressive he was in his video, and how he's normally fairly outspoken and lively. Just more of the fake charming persona he was trying to manipulate us with.
