Wow, I think this is one of the first videos that got me introduced to the future Mrs. Garth Brooks. I don't remember Don Henley being in it, but I'm not surprised to see him in it. Funny lil fact: Don Henley was the drummer in The Eagles, and Travis Tritt, who was in your video earlier, was responsible for getting The Eagles back together, albeit somewhat briefly, with a cover of their song "Take It Easy", which was one of their signature songs. Love The Eagles, and the solo careers of Don Henley and Glenn Frey.

Its only emotional abuse cause Trisha is such a beautiful poet and soul. I saw Garth talk about first meeting her and recording with her. He heard her sing and said, I feel like I just met my wife, based on what i remember him saying...... I've listened to this woman sing all my life. I can definitely see how that happened.... Shes not appreciated enough. Her voice touches you in a way that you cant tell if you are experiencing something earthly or divine. True beauty of the soul.

Billy...as co-writer of this song..Looks like you missed the point by a Country Mile...my co-writer from Louisiana coined this moniker (Walkaway Joe) from his growing up down there....But believe me, this is not an exploitation song..and yet was a bit controversial in its day...ALSO..Lots of country songs 30 years ago were about careless love, heartbreak, etc..
