I'm a singer as well and all the things you say make so much sense and are great ways to help improve! I do have to say though with your comment about Christina Aguilera needing to know better how her voice works- Christina actually knows her voice very well and can do alot with it. She has her own online vocal training too where she goes into details about how the voice works and how to sing. She is very conscious of the way she sings. She's also very good at impersonations!
