Demi is just like Xtina. Both have sung more than 3 genres, and they sound perfect singing it. They also always give it all when they sing live, they don't just sing to entertain, but they deliver it straight to our hearts. Not to forget, both vocal techniques might not be perfect but to many they are beyond perfect. They blow off the roofs when they sing and had us having goosebumps all the time. They can fucking mix voice and we all know Xtina is the queen of mix chest voice. Damn... Demi took the inspiration from Xtina a lot. Sweetie, technique is not subjective. Demi, in fact has terrible technique. High larynx, straining above C5, inconsistent support, terrible vibrato, etc you name it.
@IAmNotNicolex6 жыл бұрын
sadie birner Do you know what people mean by TECHNIQUE or are you basing it simply off her vocals just because you think she sounds good? Because that means nothing. It’s about HOW she sings those vocals. What she uses to sing. She used to have terrible technique back then. It’s definitely better now, but not its absolute best. But at least she’s improving. If she wasn’t, she’d be ruining her vocal health. It happens.
@backup89916 жыл бұрын
Skinnyana Grande Lmao you can stop it honey, first of all, nowhere did the op say that technique was subjective- it’s not. And second and most important, she’s a B-rated vocalist, she has everything but terrible technique, she has above average technique and positives far outweighing negatives. Not perfect, not Star-rated or A-list just yet, but definitely not terrible either, that’s a major reach. No to mention an Ariana stan should be the last person to come for someone for having horrible technique seeing as in present time Ariana is presenting far more technical issues than Demi since her technique has declined while Demi’s has improved since the beginning of their careers.

the best advice i can give it to just realllyyy breath into your stomach and try to support those jumps with a nice belt. or if you’re trying to hit a nice supported head voice (opera-esque) really picture driving the sound into your forehead and force the ringing to happen up there

Angelisa Hassan have you heard Her albums don’t forget and here we go again. They were both very influenced by rock including panic at the disco, paramore etc. Her sound was pop but a lot of her music was inspired by those artists so it’s classified more as pop-rock I guess. Her more ballad style and regular chill pop styles show more of her technique, runs and just what her voice can do in general. I love both. I listen to remember December, don’t forget and la la land all the time ,but nightingale, fix a heart, stone cold, you don’t do it for me anymore etc. show a lot of her range.

Angelisa Hassan It’s called pop-rock. Rock influenced pop.
@VickyGambles6 жыл бұрын
even for her newer music im more into her ballads...girl can sing and she uses her platform to raise awareness to many really important overlooked issues which is also really cool. She is very popular, but shes still underrated. shes up there with the BEST hands down vocally. yet her openness about issues most ppl in the spotlight hide from has actually held her back and thats completely outrageous. Shes kind of penalized just for having the courage to speak truth about touchy subjects and thats just so wrong. Luckily she continues to do it though because its ppl like her that the world really need

@sangarshini21146 жыл бұрын
Angelica Mata so are you saying that taylor swift is undeserving of her grammys? and, you're partially right, grammys don't depend just on vocal ability, it depends on your songwriting skill as well, which i think is the sole factor demi lacks.

Janee Trinidad so sorry so when he says "mix" he means head voice?? 😅
@juicymelon18336 жыл бұрын
+Hannah Ita not exactly! Like the name would imply, it's a mix between your chest and your head voice. It's tricky to master and takes a long time, but when it's done well, it will sound like a belt but have a range closer to your head voice. Hope this is helpful!
