Halle has always had very creative melodies, since she was a child. She was very experimental in her covers as a kid, but she changed that when she got older. She did away with the accent cursive singing and cleaned it up real good. You still hear bits and pieces of it now and again, but still in my opinion, Halle brought the ethereal feel to CxH.

Halle and her sister are very accomplished composers, producers, and writers. They learned from KZbin videos believe it or not. I've heard covers of this already and most people sound "screechy" when they hit that last "angel" in the chorus.

Everything about the way this song was composed was beautiful! I am not familiar with a lot of her music.
