I have the same gun in 16 gauge. Great pheasant gun.

I have a tristar trinity lt 28ga. Just like yours my wood finish don't seem to hold up well.

To be fair, I'm absolutely horrible on this gun. It gets thrown around all hunting season.

@STICKS AND STONES I took good care of mine but the clear coat just not holding up. And my forend chipped off on the 2nd hunt.
