nice looking but thats a lot of stuff changed on the bike just to skip hand guards. Drop that thing off road and a brake or clutch lever is gonna snap pretty easy. Not to mention they are nice protection from the wind/rain on long rides.

Looked at the XC Explorer yesterday. The black Trax boxes are going to look great with the mat green bike. Is the shaft guard available yet?

TT does a great job with adventure bikes; my experience is that they provide excellent service / advice too. That said, this bike does little to nothing for me, especially compared to the Tiger XC 800. I don't know, how may hummercycles do we really need?
