Why this song never dominated MTV and every single FM rock radio station in 1985 is beyond me. The dual assault vocals by Emmett and Moore are just incredible on this one. They need to hit the road and play this stuff live again! A brilliant three piece band!

I was at this show! Providence Civic Center, 1983 or 84. Molly Hatchet opened, and Triumph played a full show and then did 3 or 4 lip synced takes of the video. Filming was delayed about 15 mnutes when Rick Emmet stepped on a flash bang just as it went off and took a few minutes to recover before coming back out and finishing. One of the best shows I ever saw, and I remember it like it was yesterday!

Funny, as I was there back then too. I was going to college up North in Haverhill, MA and remembering the ride to be really long, but stayed through the tapping of the video, and remember all being asked to move down to the lower sections to fill in the voids of the crowds. I remember the flash pot incident too. Wow, what a thing to come back from, and remember him saying "I almost pulled a Michael Jackson but I'm OK", or something like that. Thanks for the note...

Triumph still a favourite. I saw them a couple of times in Calgary at the Stampede Corral which is being torn down currently. The talent in this band is like nothing you will see today. They sound as good live as they do here on video. Can we also talk about how amazingly good-looking they are? This band was a huge influence in my childhood and deeply engrained in my memories. It’s music you will never tire of and I miss them. Come back to life and Calgary Triumph. Cheers!

Triumph really missed the opportunity to film a full-length concert video from this tour, using this quality of filming production! I saw them on this tour, and they were absolutely firing on all cylinders and were at the top of their game!! All the fire was there. After this tour you could tell they were somewhat just going through the motions, and with the addition of another performer on stage, it just wasn't the same.

I was at this concert in Providence RI at the (then) Civic Center when they were filming this video. Everyone had these enormous Triumph banners they'd made (ours was the only one that also had the opening act, Molly Hatchet's, logo on it). They did their full set, then, after they finished the encore, the house lights came on, and they emptied out the first 5 rows and filled them with local models and assorted hot girls. They piped in the song over the PA and mimed through it four or five times until Rik walked into a pyrotechnic and ran off the stage obviously in distress. The house lights came up suddenly and we were all thanked for our patience and told to leave. This was obviously pre-internet, so no one knew exactly what happened or how bad Rik was injured until it was reported on the radio the next day that he'd suffered some burns on his face and hands. :(
