Triumph Hot Start Issues? - Upgrade Starter Motor

Does this hot start issue get so bad it won't start the engine cold because I've had the issue for months and now it won't start cold .

Yeah eventually the starter will just stop working. Being a hot start issue is kinda the warning. Mine survived a long time like that. I knew it was time to replace it when it wouldn’t restart after filling up with fuel. Had to wait at least 5 minutes!

Yeah it’s been perfect. Will get you the part number but deffo check before you buy. Will update this response when I have it for you.

Hey @wauroware apologies for the delay, the part number for that stater that came off my bike is..1311112 428000-5543 12v I stripped the bike and sent this number to the supplier in order to get the correct part (upgraded ricks Motorsport electrics). I’d recommend you do that same. Triumph wanted a stupid amount of money and to change many parts to reduce gear ratio or starter. Ricks is direct replacement, way cheaper and worts beautifully.
