My tank motorcycle has been changed to new paint three times due to repeated bubbling around the gas cap. Although I have complained to the person who repainted my gas tank about this problem but it still bubbled only after a few refuels. This is so annoying. So what should I do?

its the ethanol in the fuel... it seeps through the plastic compound used and get trapped behind the paint, causing the bubbles - 100%%%%%

Ive just took the cover off my ktm after being in storage over winter and was shocked to see the same thing as your triumph hense looking for an answer. The tank is plastic and the paint has bubbled...fuming, you try and look after your bike and this happens. Im going to try a heat gun and see what happens.

Ethanol leaching through the nylon tank. Trapped behind the paint, nowhere to go. Just stripped my T595 tank and was peeling off the paint in sheets, just like a vinyl wrap!😢

Its not the fuel. Its the temperature or low temperature to be precise. Left mine in shed this year and mine has bubbled solely because this shed was not as good as my last ne and let the cold in, might be moisture related too
