Great to see you having a go. Couple of points if you don't mind? The original calipers are twin-piston (one each side of the rotor), not single. You'll find an aerosol can of brake cleaner invaluable for final cleaning of components, and lastly (you probably already know this), get yourself a torque wrench that covers the ranges you'll need 😉. cheers.👍

Nice educational video(s)! Thank you for that, I will do the same on my 76 Stag. I only wonder what is the thickness of the shims you used. Just enough to let the disc turn freely? Thanks again!

Good question. Yes the shims come in a kit of two thicknesses (specifically for a Stag) .......... and you have to buy these separately from BCC. It does make you wonder why they aren't included with the rest of the replacement kit being as it's a 'Stag replacement' braking kit. And yes, its just to get the calliper aligned with the disc perfectly.
