I've just bought the R with monumental upgrades. Wilburs Rear shock. Front fork inserts. Quickshifter. Flyscreen. Belly pan. Heated grips. Tyre monitor. Longer arm mirrors. Daytona cams. It's a beautiful bike and I love it. 😊

Thanks for the review. The Rx was top of the line at the time, agreed. Only back then there was no RS version. There was the Standard Model, R-Model and Rx to choose. RX the Daytona back end, quickshifter, belly pan and front fly screen as standard. And yes the braided hoses were standard too, even on the R-Model :-)

What does the daytona backend mean for comfort? Less comfortable seat? Or just no pillion and better looks?

Anyone know where I can get the extra bit on the flyscreen? the clear bit? I've been looking for one for mine but struggling to find anything that isnt for the newer models.

Hi Neil, my son loves his 675. He's put the bar end mirrors on it now and an aftermarket can. I still really like his bike too. Great fun and I'd say as quick as my 900 Tracer GT. Not as practical for touring for luggage or pillion though.

Street Triples are Superb but Oxford heated grips kill the look on Any bike they are an absolute No No!
