I don't know if I forgot, or just never bothered to check because I pretty much never use a horn. Last week I tried to use it to get someone's attention and it didn't work. So of course you release a horn video! It is like our TR-6's are linked in parallel universes -- or just built by the same people.

I’ve had horn issues for ten years. I fixed everything two and three times. But I never did the horn take apart process. My passenger side one was shorting out the whole thing. Simply disconnect the negative ground wire from each horn one at a time and see what happens or not. They work both very well right now. I left the driver side alone just because it’s working so left it alone. However your issue could be a ton of other items. Dan Masters book has good diagnosis directions.

@@DIYHelp Well in any case your video motivated me to take a look at it today. So I pull out the wiring diagram, multimeter, and test lamp. First I jump the relay power input to the horn output and it works. Then I ground the horn button input to the relay and it works. "Oh so there must be a problem with the steering wheel connection". I press the horn button and it works. So I guess I'll have to try it again when I'm out driving tomorrow to see if it is an intermittent connection or something. Or maybe fussing with the wiring connections cleared some corrosion. I still have you to thank for me actually remembering to do it. Next thing to tackle might be trying to bypass the rheostat that dims the dash lights to nothing. Unfortunately it is not easy to get at the wiring connections behind it. Have a great weekend!
