You're right, I kept getting familar, "I know this ship" vibes from the ship's profile/silhouette, but couldn't put my finger on where or why. It does evoke a strong Buck Rodgers influence in its overall design.

It always bugged me that an arms dealer's personal luxury yacht would have NO weapons...of any kind?? I get the well-appointed meeting space, but you'd think that he would want to show off a Turbolaser, missle launcher. Not even sticking retractable laser/blaster cannon on the ship?!?

This calls from a bit of scratchbuilding. Unless you can create this in a CAD-like program and then 3D print a model of your own. I am sure there are other builders out there that would be interested in those stl files.
