Katya had a major hip surgery very recently so she was still healing, and probably still in some pain on this night I'm sure, but she's doing her best. She has newly attached metal in her hip now, so she can't move the way she used to. Her hip bone got worn down after decades of yoga, martial arts, weightlifting, CrossFit, gymnastics, and dancing, so that's why she had surgery, and why she's moving so carefully & slow.
