Bassist Wakazaemon (East Of Eden, Marty Friedman Band and other projects) isn't featured in the video as she's not an official member, but her bass lines are as important as the other musicians work. Everybody hope she will join the band in the end but she's got a very busy schedule!

A complex, interesting song, a lot of cool stuff going on there. This band has a large spectrum of musical styles, and they have talent through the roof.

The song could be described as rock jazz fusion. The vocalist is Kotono and the drummer is Kanade Sato.

Correct. Best combination- rock band with jazz rhythm section- just magic. Well they have a jazz drummer in Kanade - don't know much about Wakazaemon on bass. The singer Kotono is perfect.

The drummer’s name is Kanade Sato. You can search her name on KZbin. Both guitarists are very good, but when Kanade became an official member of Koiai, is the point at when my interest in the band grew. Which I suppose, tells you something about her. Now if they can’t get Wakazaemon as the next official member, then hopefully they find another good bassist.

We need this band to stay together, now that we know the full line up with Wakazaemon (the band call her Waka) on bass. They are a rare and beautiful thing. Bass players, drummers and even singers can get neglected in the band arrangements of songs when the band is guitar heavy. The Bass and drums need to be allowed to shine every so often, so give them a solo for a few bars in a song occasionally- Like Band-Maid do- the audience really appreciates being able to hear them solo just a little. Great reaction again- and just do what ever you have to do to make yourself happy (UK)

These ladies are awesome Request streams seem to work pretty well for folks. By all means give it a shot. Depending on how things are set up on your end recording wise you can record the reactions you do on a livestream and still post them as standalone videos as well. Hang in there man, hope things start to turn around for you soon

Koiai is definitely Lisa’s band, but Hazuki does in fact compose songs for her and is humble enough to allow her the main spotlight even in material Hazuki writes. 💪🏻🤘🏻

I really like this song, new to this group. There's a lot going on here, I hear some jazz influence and other genres, excellent band.

Kanade Sato (dr) is another child prodigy, much like Lisa-X. Although she is two years older than Lisa (19/21) she has been on YT for years as well. The singer, Kotono, comes from Ironbunny, if you are familiar. Wakamaezon is the bassist. Her label (from East of Eden) forbids her from joining, so she is a permanent temporary member.

I would love to go see them. Great song.

This is jazz, not rock, so the vibe is completely different, though they throw in the metal guitar work. Kanade Sato, the drummer, is a prodigy who is often compared to the incomparable Senri Kawaguchi. They both came up playing mostly jazz and fusion. I agree with the commenters who say Sato has taken this group to another level. Considering the insane talent of the other bandmembers, that is high praise. I am obsessed with this band, I think their potential is off the charts.

I don’t have anything to give but hoping you recover quickly brother. I’m old and have suffered a number of ailments brought on by military and public service. Keep doing what you do and always hold your head high. Community in commonality is the best medicine not for sale. .

Personally I don't care for people that want make a big deal out of an innocent mistake. Playing "gotcha" all the time is mean, imo. Everybody makes mistakes. I often try to do too much when under the weather or deeply fatigued. I am hoping that the gotcha crowd start to lean more towards treating even aqitences like old and trusted friends. No need for any fuss if avoidable. I love Japanese culture very much and they will not point out anything what-so-ever that was misspoke or the like. They do this to a fault, ha ha, so we can all learn from each other as musicians always do. 😉
