A tip I have for the avenger cannons: the turrets rotate the fastest when your not zoomed in, the more zoomed in you are the slower it will turn. For fighting air it would be best to just not even bother with zooming because the range is ridiculously long and jets/heli stick out like a sore thumb in the sky

if you can somehow get a crew of 4 others to completely fill the avenger, you'll be able to take over a lobby. a dedicated pilot and co-pilot (because you still cant use countermeasures as the pilot, even though rockstar explicitly free'd up the button to do it..) and 3 on the turret in the back, maybe another duo dipping in and out of the hold with a deluxo (you have to land the avenger to enter with the deluxo, another missed opportunity..) to provide some air cover

You should use anti lock on if your trolling with the avenger. There’s no stealth mode for Big Bertha

no, use stealth mode cause the lock-on jammer is basically useless. you can only lock on the Avenger when it has someone in the pilot or co-pilot spot. When you're in the back of the Avenger people cause lock-on with missiles by default. remember, weaponized vehicles have lock-on missiles, not RPG. RPG will lock onto any vehicle. meanwhile, missiles need someone to be driving the vehicle or in the passenger seat.

I spent a long time learning how to pop people with the jet pack and buzzard, avenger in hover with rockets is just a giant armored buzzard, combine this with the airport hanger and a good fight at said airport, and you get something almost as effective as the thermal lazer is
