My son's fiance is 24 but only 4'8" people often ask if she's his daughter or ask her what grade she's in in High School. People are so stupid and rude. MY son fell in love with her online and at first neither had any idea what the other one even looked like much less how tall they were so it's not that my son is attracted to children. My future daughter in-law can't help that she's short and has youthful looks. My son had dated females much taller than him in the past, I don't think he cares much about height or exterior appearance but more about intelligence and kindness. This video showed a lovely couple. It's wonderful that they became parents. I hope their family continues to flourish!

Most of those states have close in age laws with 5 years being the largest spread so even in a number of US states it's legal. I just think there's a large group in the US who will always make the creepy comment no matter what. what??? every country besides the US has age of consent 16 or a bit less, which is sensible. No one considers 16y a child, even if she cant vote yet. America is an absurd outlier. What age can you be held criminally liable, is it more or less than 16, what about driving a car, which involves person taking responsibility over other peoples safety? Look everyone ! I'm getting sick of reporting everyone who leaves hate speech comments about the ages of these two people when they first started dating. Here in the UK, a 16 year old can legally have sex with whomever they choose. That's the law. Yes by legal definition a 16 year old is a child until they're 18, but a lot of laws in the UK are absolutely ridiculous. It used to be that you were not legally an adult until you turned 21, then it was dropped to 18, but there's things a 16 year old, 17 year old, 18 year old, 19 year old, 21 & 25 year old can & cannot do by legal definition that is stupid if the law states unequivocally that upon turning 18 you are an Adult. When I was 15, I had a man who fancied me who had sex with me on my 16th birthday, now that is perverted, and barely legal ! It's certainly immoral and indecent. He was also married with an infant child and was 27 at the time. Now, obviously the gap between 15/16 & 26/27 is much more considerable than the ages of this couple here. Add to the fact that he knew that I'd been sexually abused by multiple men only a few years earlier as a younger child, & this man would be seen as a perverted child offender himself, even though he despised those who had abused me, naturally, he didn't see himself in the same league as those men, but I'll leave it up to you all to make of this situation as you will. The affair only lasted a few months.

I’m 47 and do not have a “condition” but I am only 5’ tall and yes most clothes that fit me are kids sz 10-14 depending on the cut. I can relate to a point because when I had my kids the doctors would speak to my mom (grandma) as if she was mom and I’d have to speak up and say talk to ME their mother lol. It’s not fun and she’ll never grow out of it. So all the haters get a life… you can’t walk in her shoes or ever understand the relationship she has. I currently reside in the US and roughly 34 states, the legal age of consent is 16. In some European countries the legal age of consent is 14. They seem happy, and they are enjoying their life. My great grandmother and great grandfather first met and started dating when she was just 14 and he, 19. 2 years later, when she was 16, her friends encouraged them to get married as they were so very much in love. They decided to take their friends advice and eloped. She was 16 and he, 21. They had an incredible marriage with only one argument, at the beginning of their marriage. They decided they hated the fight so much that from then on they would not go to sleep until they had worked out their problems and that was the only argument they ever had. Their marriage lasted until he died a grandfather. They were so deeply in love right until the day he passed away. So, many blessings to you both to have a marriage like my great grandparents. Secondly, I feel your frustration when people see and treat you like a child, clothes don't fit, etc. And I don't even have your very good reason. I was just born this way. I hated it as a teenager because I looked like I was still a kid. My mother always told me to be patient, that one day I would be greatful for it...and as I became older and my kids grown, I was! As I always looked extremely young for my age, people would sometimes call out nasty comments as I walked down the street with my young children. People thought I was 13 or 14 with 2 kids...I would sometimes get so upset that I would shout back that I was close to 30 and watch, with satisfaction, their embarrassment as they said they thought I was 13 or 14, apologise and then hurry away. I don't like when people become sanctimonious and think that they have the right to judge others. Make sure that you are 100% perfect before you point the finger at others, because, just remember, you have 3 fingers pointed back at yourself. 😜 Ignore the negative people, you have each other and your beautiful baby...that is such a precious gift. Well….legal laws even in the us let kids get married as young as 16 with parental consent. The law stipulates they can date or even get married so long as there is not physical intimacy until after they are married or over 18. UK laws are little more lax from what I understand, so in the UK the age difference wasn’t considered very odd. I think the biggest problem their facing currently is her youthful appearance- coming from someone that’s in her thirties but still look like she’s in late teens/ early twenties, I can tell you first hand that’s it’s very difficult.

So i suppose im weird, my first proper relationship and my oldest childs father was when i was 17 and he was 30 there was almost 13 years between us. He charmed me but the relationship didnt last as he cheated and was emotionally abusive.

has to do w laws w boilers etc. most if not all homes also don't have mixed taps from similar laws. also retrofiting older homes it was easier to add to one zone. a lot of places in the UK are extremely old. they also tend to hang dry everything.
