Will never happen unfortunately. Tron Is no longer profitable enough for Disney. In spite that Legacy made about $400 million it was still a flop.

Disney is in a 30 year loop with original films. First Tron movie was in the 70s, legacy came out early 2010s so it's only logical to assume they'll try it again in 2030-40

If I had to put money on it, I think that this movie got the green light because those lumi strip lights were invented which reminded people of the first movie. Also the computer graphics had finally caught up to the audiences expectations which made it a win win situation. I first saw those Lumi strip lights on work vest about 4 years before this second Tron movie came out. I here Jared Leto (The guy that played the Joker in the Suicide Squad movie) might be in the New TRON 3 movie. In talks now 2017.

So beautiful and hot for Olivia Wilde, Beau Garret, and Serinda Swan latex suit costumes with how they light up and have those discs. As for Garrett Hedlund, other actors, and a lot of the extra men are amazing, cool and good. The helmets that cover the whole face or are clear I find better. This feature needs some moments with Olivia Wilde.

same im trying to do a power man cosplay (Victor Alvarez) and im trying to figure out how to make certain parts glow and i researched and what i think im going to use is EL Wire but in my case EL Tape. But it seems really comlicated. What are you doing?

It's a little late but they actually used latex, thats the reason why the footage is reversed when the girls go back into their pods. because they had extremely limited mobility.

they would use LEDs as they are more power efficient but they also would create uneven illumination without some sort of thick defuser
