Why all the punk thugs and criminals in Arkansas don't just turn themselves in now while they still have cars and get it over with. The Byrdman and all those troopers are a crime stopping task force that all states should be proud of and act like this. In Florida no police write tickets or arrest many people and almost never chase anyone and crime is so common, police let almost everything go because they spend so much time writing up reports AFTER the crimes or accidents. ASP are real hero's doing some great work actually protecting citizens.
