Trooper Steve on Patrol breaks down speed limits

At approx 8:16 in the video Trooper Steve made a grave mistake. He looked left, then looked right. Seen a vehicle coming from the right and waited. As soon as the vehicle passed he pulled out into the intersection and made a left turn. Trooper Steve should have known better, being in law enforcement, that before pulling out into the intersection to make a left turn, he should have checked both direction again. A vehicle from the left may have been approaching while waiting for the vehicle from the right passed. This is not saying he did not check while waiting, but failed to show or say in the video. That is why you check Left, Right and Left as you do as a pedestrian, before pulling out into a intersection.
