That is an unbelievable pickup -congratulations on the connection (no shade). To keep it 100, I've been to the Disney Springs trophy room, and the customer service was terrible. Actually, I came ready to spend, but the overall feeling was like "Yall look like yall just came to look (and you bet not touch nothing), and we're waiting on somebody popular (or one of our boys) to walk in." Also, I got the same feeling at the UN out in Vegas. It always feels like there is a secret sneaker society that you have to be in to get any kind of decent customer service at these "legendary" shops. Then, the owners hop on youtube like "Come in and we will show you love."
