The Mercenaries are going to the forbidden and mysterious lands of the... Latin America?!!
NEW hats, NEW cosmetics, NEW weapon skins, NEW music, NEW maps (all inside Latin America) and NEW gamemodes! Also, NEW contractors fighting alongside RED and BLU, each with their own voicelines and personalities!
Will RED be able to establish a base and take all the Brazilium for themselves? Or will BLU be able to attack RED's bases and stop their plans?

Q: What is the Tropic Crisis Project?
A: Tropic Crisis is a community collab for Team Fortress 2 made by a group of more than 70 people, myself included! I made the Trailer, and Letumgo ( ‪@Letumgo‬ ) helped with the video post-processing! Check them out!
In this project, the Mercs will visit the Latin America and fight for Brazilium, a metal bar that can only be found in this region. Just like Australium, it also has some... interesting powers...
Q: What is Brazilium and why are the Mercs fighting for it?
A: Brazilium is a radioactive and full of energy metal! Unlike Australium, it brings death and chaos! Perfect to use it against the enemy team... and that's enough for the Mercs to fight for it.
Q: What regions of the Latin America are the Mercs going to visit?

"even if Valve doesn't care" what suggests that Valve doesn't care? Lately, there have been some really nice updates to tf2. Like the Summer Update that added VS Saxton Hale, tf2 has been updated to 64 bit, the VScript support has been added. There have been a lot of updates to tf2. Maybe those aren't a Heavy update, but those are definitely nice updates, and they show that Valve does care. Let's be thankful for that.

Community updates of this type haven't been a thing in 9 years, and the reason why was because previous community updates were constantly shrouded in drama. Brazilium doesn't make your whole body absurdly strong like Australium, it just puts all its strength into your legs, also giving you the ability to play soccer, dance samba, and of course, double jump

Suggestion for the contrackter: add an additional contract in which you need to find braziliums hidden around maps/the new maps (braziliums can only be seen by people who havent colected them yet and have that cotract active)
