Hi Charlotte, I just wanted to ask how you change your mineral foundation pouch refill. I know there’s an ident on the pot but I just can’t seem to figure out how to get the top bit out? Could you help me please? x

Hi Becky, of course. It can be a bit stiff if it’s the first time doing it. I usually use the end of my tweezers to prize it open from that indent on the pot. Let me know if you manage it x
