The two aquariums planted in checkerboards is a brilliant idea to present the different tropical varieties. Thank you George, for presenting all these beautiful plants!

Great video George. Interesting that you apologise for the format and that you haven't had time to do your usual editing etc when I found this to be one of the best videos I have seen. As a garden hobbyist I find that it is always good to see plant variation of form, structure and colour and this is what I am looking for to set up an aquascape. Most videos cover the aspects of how to set up an aquascape but not many run through the varieties of plants as this one does. The grid system you have created and running through all the plant names was extremely interesting and very helpful and I very much hope you can repeat this every fortnight until the show so that we can see the plants as they grow and transition into their final forms.

Love the rectangle scape! Looking thru it all four sides gives you a different perspective of the actual scape, all in all, they are all appealing to the eye and a awesome job all around! Thanks George!

I enjoyed the 18 plant checkerboards. Educational to see them all individually in a nursery style.

I wish I could make the Germany show… it looks fantastic. I also can’t wait to try out some of the new plants! I’d love to get some of that crypt spiralis red for a current scape right now.

Hi George, thanks for your informative video again. I am thinking about paying a visit to Interzoo this May. Can you recommend any other events or trade fairs in Europe around aquariums worth visiting. Love your book on aquascaping btw.

Brilliant vid, really appreciate that. I gotta ask - What happened to Tommy's 3m tank from 2 years ago, we had a build vid and then the final tank that went to interzoo was something different?

How come the scientific names get changed so frequently?
@namesbinge30739 ай бұрын
Because of research. As they do research they find something that doesn't belong to the group of the name. Same as animals.

Nope, Tropica is a private owned danish company, started in 1977 by Holger Windeløv.

I so happy to read that. I heard some rumors. Almost all my plants are coming from Tropica and I'm very gratefull of the teal quality of them all. We need to preserve the european "savoir faire".❤
