I don’t know about SC but in my neck of the woods you don’t want to get caught on a pipeline right of away without a work permit . If you are caught you own that section of the pipeline till next inspection or you can pay a lot of $ to get inspection moved up..a ground disturbance of 12 inches or more really gets them excited up here….pretty sure those front tires where down the 12 inches…

they may not cover it as they are in an area they ain't supposed to be as a tahoe is not an off road vehicle they will claim and as long as it was not submerged and just stuck they likely will not total it

just being stuck in mud as long as it wasn't completely submerged unlikely they will total it. If as someone else mentioned he was not supposed to be there if it was a pipeline area they may not cover any of it that and they might say that a Tahoe is not an off road vehicle and he went off roading with it so they might use that reason to deny coverage
