Tropical Storm Bertha Surfing - The Washout, Folly Beach, SC

Tuesday August, 5, 2014. Tropical Storm Bertha produced some of the best surf conditions of the year. Clean, head high sets came through almost all day. All footage from 'The Washout' on Folly Beach, South Carolina.

At 2:37 is that an outer reef break in the upper left side?

No 'reef' here on Folly, but every 5 minutes or so, a big set wave would break way outside, typical for a big storm swell in this area.
