I just recently picked me up one. (okay I picked me up 2, one for propagating and one for me to love on! LOL! I am super thrilled with them and go insane for the yummy looking blooms! Great video and thanks for sharing!!! PS Glad to know that they are toxic...I’m always tempted to pop one in my mouth because the look just so durn delicious!!! LOOKS LIKE I WON’T BE DOING THAT! LOL!

Theres a few that aren't too smelly really, and yes I'm into them, whats not to like they're pretty cool. I'm currently working with Edithcoleia grandis, the little cutting I have has grown like crazy (happy dance) but the critical endangered Duvaliandra dioscoridis is giving me trouble and keeps getting some kind of rot (Boo) but I still have two little pieces going its a harder one to grow....Happy growing!

Hey I know this is an old video but I absolutely loved it. Wondering if you could answer a question. How do you tell that it is "calloused" I have two pieces that I didnt realize fell off until I went to pot my new plant. So I don't want to keep then drying to callous if they already are haha. Any help would be much appreciated love all your videos I've watched so far!!

I have a little lifesaver years has big flowers mine has little flowers about the size of your thumb nail. I was told they are called Dragon's Tail but of course they have a real name. Mine doesn't seem to progress except for the fact that it's alive and it gives me flowers but it's not multiplying. I think I'm going to try getting them and doing this what you said today putting them sideways see what grows out. 👉👵👈

Nitpicky taxonomist here-----Huernia is a genus, not a family. The family that the genera Stapelia, Huernia, and Hoya belong to is Asclepiadaceae, and it's pronounced hwernia------think of Stewie Griffin! But it is a super cool plant
