Nice review and my order of this backpack is arriving in 6 days, I can't wait! I actually think there's an easy solution if you want to keep the camera cube more accessible: instead of putting it in the middle section of the wardrobe, collapse that middle section so the wardrobe takes less space and add the camera cube on top of it so you can more easily open the side zip, or even access it from the top opening of the backpack!

I was also worried about the toiletry bag being stolen but hey, what a great system. If I had ot bought another rucksack before finding this one, I would have gotten the Tropicfeel. Thanks for the video 😊

Only issue I’ve had is the top zipper trimming is falling apart . I don’t get why . Other than that solid build taken this everywhere . From national parks to international traveling

I’ve been back and forth about getting this pack all year. Do you think it could handle hiking trips, for example? Is there a place that a tent could hook on?

Just got mine it’s close to a perfect backpack unfortunately it doesn’t work if you want to camp, not enough place for a tent

I use the quecue quickhiker ultra light tent and im pretty sure its gonna fit since its compact and all, and if it doestn i can strap it on the kangoroo pack, hope my theory works lol

the nice thing about it is there are a lot of customization options for this, so you can make it work for your situation! However, there are definitely its limitations - the base pack itself is a bit limited without its accessories.. Is this small enough (in its 22L form) to fit under an airplane seat as a personal item if one already has a carry on case?

Yes it fits under a plane seat . I use it for business travel has replaced my carry on

If you also want to use it for a day to day backpack, can you reach inside of the bag without having to open up the straps and the HUGE compartment?

I got the pack from kickstarter. It looks good and it’s alright as a city backpack or if you’re on a stroll to a local park. I went on few road trips and hikes with this. Not that great though…, the bag itself and it’s wardrobe system are heavy even when it’s empty and it takes up valuable space. The clip on pocket on the front is awkwardly protruding when the bag is fully loaded. The wardrobe is such a waste of valuable space and quite limiting in sizes, I think you better of just using packing cubes. The bag perform very poorly even in the slightest rain so for adventuring I’ll stick to technical bags.

I'm planning to buy this one for my short weekend trips. For example: -Friday to Monday in Hungary/Budapest -Wednesday to Sunday in Cyprus -Friday to Monday in Latvia/Riga and the region around it etc. My plan is to use the wardrobesystem to get there, hang it into the hotel-, B&B- or whatever-room and then use the backpack as your normal every Rucksack there. No camping use and just your occasional trip up a mountain (6-8 hours). Would you recommend this one for the listed usages or tend to a different one. Edit: Of course neither the wardrobesystem or any extension will be in/on the backpack when I go up a mountain or a longer walk into nature since I'll just leave it in my accommodation
