It's pretty sad how this misplay effectively conveys into an undeserved win. Without the Avenger "cheated" in, Loic wouldn't have the plants on the field nor the Avenger as a flicker-target to produce more plants to secure the win against Marty - at least not at the time that he won. I guess this is just an emphasis on the importance of reading your own cards right AND yours opponents'.

I think it should be noted that Undead Alchemist and Altar of the Brood is a "combo", since whenever a creature would go from deck to grave for his opponents, he would make a zombie token and trigger the brood again. Its a combo, in the sense that as long as he kept hitting creatures from his opponents, he'd continue to make tokens and mill people. I am also trying to create a reanimator trostani deck (inspired by you i do admit) and I find that springbloom druid can do realy good, not only as getting in ramp but also by removing two "dead cards" from the deck. Also I do consider primeval titan. The enter trigger and swing trigger both do so much with some equipment in hand; with helm of the host it can give 6 lands the first turn you swing, equipped with blade of selves it throws down 10 lands that turn! That is over a fourth of your landbase; working well with both ulvenwald hyrda and landfall triggers for a sudden swing with avenger of zendicar tokens.
