@@seitz1 get enough tangles with mono . Braid would be a pain .

nice fish mate got any recommendations on where to fish for river not as in pegs but what flow do they hangout in, depth, under cover anything like that as I'm yet to catch a river pike

you gota try it all mate, deep sloww water, quicker flow, explore it all. i fished lots of spots that looked great but no pike until i got lucky with that one. good luck bud.

Jack pike are absolute dickheads they'll be allover the river mate cos they have no experience but bigger pike sit under overhanging trees in snags slack water aswell for the biggens as they don't wanna be mid flow using too much energy 👍
