You are one of the most enduring, endearing and heartfelt writers of all time. No doubt. I'm so tired of carbon copied music and meaningless words. You set the song on fire. Your musical flame will burn forever my brother, my friend. Love everything you do.

I just love Ashley McBryde she's such a powerhouse and this song like a lot of your music speaks to me. Trouble and struggle are something that's always been very previlant in my life and it's like before you can pull yourself through one thing the next has already been brewing and ready to hit in the background of your life. It's easy to get caught up in the waves of emotions just trying to tread water and survive. Your music is relatable and inspirational. Thank you.

I just started therapy today.. music has been my therapy all of these years but here lately I've been feeling so overwhelmed and I can not focus on anything in life including my passions. I love your work and it's inspired me over time to continue to write lyrics and music. I just wish I was a better lyricist. Hope everyone is doing great and thank you travis for everything you do.

So grateful for you sharing your songwriting journey. I rarely have bridges come through during my writing sessions and I had been feeling like i was missing something even though my songs feel full. Recently, I half jokingly told a crowd that I had burned all my bridges, that’s why my songs are so short. You’re an inspiration Travis. Incredible music.
@scottschmittmusic2 жыл бұрын
Man I wish I could hang out with you.. There I said it. You're a Gem.. you're right though about bridges and musical breaks.. we are so programmed as writers to put them in but if you look at like Johnny cash and the country greats back in the day they never had musical breaks It was just a story beginning.. next supporting thought and outcome.. boom end and songs were like 2 min plus a little

Hello, wanted to just let you know how much this song means to me personally. I have shared many of your KZbin videos with lots of people and they all let me know how it impacts their life in such an incredible way. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have two questions for you, if you don’t mind. Number one is would it be OK if you would share the guitar tuning‘s you use? And second, do you ever do house concerts? We have a great area to host a concert, and we live out in the country on 13 acres. And if it’s easier, we have guest rooms so you could stay right here on the property if that would be something you’d be interested in. By the way, I live in Camas Washington. Anyway thanks again. I hope to hear from you. Blessings

Hello, I just wanted to follow up from aan earlier earlier text I made, in which I asked if you would be willing to share your guitar tunings and if you never come out to Washington you’d be more than welcome at our place for a house concert. And I wanna apologize for that. I didn’t realize for some reason that you were going through a lot of health struggles or other struggles, and I shouldn’t assume that you would share your guitar tuning‘s. I didn’t mean to be inappropriate in anyway and if I was, I apologize. I guess the one message that I would like to send to you is how much your story and songs have meant to me, and my closest friends. When I found you, it was a man reviewing your song for the first time and how he was impacted by it and I did not know who you were, and since then I’ve probably listen to every video I can of you and have shared so many of them. And the comment that I get back is so amazing, people are inspired, encouraged, and uplifted. And I just wanted you to know that that is my main message, and I know I’m not alone, many many people all over the world feel the same. I just wanted to add my voice to that and let you know that you’re impacting people here in the Pacific Northwest, in a powerful way. Thank you again
@Travismeadowsmusic2 жыл бұрын
I really appreciate it. It’s get exhausting explaining why I can’t come and do something I love doing. Stings a little. But you couldn’t know that. No apology needed. Look a C9 tuning also open G. But I take the big E off. Made famous by Keith Richards. And now we are all caught up. Thank you.

I don’t know where you are with your voice but you know….. John Prine didn’t let it stop him. Not that his voice was near what yours was but i think of you put it out there if you are able at all i would eat it up along with many others that enjoy the writing more than the actual quality of vocals in the traditional sense.
