Could any one help I have a 1500w motor 52v battery conversion kit and I've blown my two connectors SY60 XT60 power comes on display comes on sw900 but no power just a noise do I need to buy new controller thanks for any help all

if still not working try to short-circuit the break terminals in the controller for a second them release. in my case, that works

I tried that I tried disconnecting everything and plugging it back in but it still didn’t work I went up a hill then it just stopped and kept saying to error every time I hit the throttle

My pedal assist works and when I take my feet off the pedals it pedals on its own, is this normal, my throttle does nothing, just bought it it's a programmable hand control. Any help would be welcome..

Hi my ebike controller got jst sm 2 pin male unused cable, the voltage comes out od it 6.81v. Is this for throttle?

What kind of screw driver are you using take off them screws off that controller box

It's a phyllips. But, I have two of the fat tire bikes and on both extremely hard to get the screws to loosen. After many efforts including Wd-40, tapping with a hammer, and even electric, nothing worked on two of the screws. On both bikes I ended up having to bend the metal back (in this case top two screws came off but not bottom screws) and then bend the metal to spray wd 40 inside the metal frame. Finally, able to get 3rd screw off and then jostled the metal plate around until finally the last screw came off. I have had to do this to both of the ecotric bikes.

Sorry to hear that it's very hard to get help for these bikes hope you fixed it and if you did please let other people know what caused the problem from the looks of it I think it might be a faulty brake sensor

That happened to one of mine. My solution was simple because the connector cord near the wheel had come loose and reconnected it and power came back.

☠️ I've been experiencing extremely dangerous episodes of the motor not stopping as soon as I turn the throttle , related to high humidity conditions ! I think it's because the humidity increases conductivity of the hall sensors in the throttle . can you recommend a good throttle ? I think the manufacturers are going to have to make them water proof. I experienced the same issue with a different throttle , battery and controller. just using the bike after a rain storm is enough to cause the issue. We must have a throttle will a switch to cut power ! ☠️ Also stop using hot glue on the Hall sensors ! It melts were I live ! And make the throttle not Fall apart so easy , and they need to be made with softer grips or made to accept normal grip's.
